Scrubbers
Scrubbing, i.e. removal of gases by absorption into a water phase, is a well known technology. We operate mainly acid scrubbers for ammonia removal ahead of a ColdOx system for high and stable performance. Application areas are typically composting, sewage plants or biogas plants.
High Intensity Scrubber
High Intensity Scrubber is a product that efficiently separates particles down to a medium-low particle size with limited footprint and low pressure drop. As it applies water for the separation, with special high pressure water nozzles, there is also a cooling effect that is very useful for instance for roasting applications.
The High Intensity scrubber can handle a high airflow and comes with a process water tank that separates particles and filters the water.
