Centriair’s Board of Directors. This is a diverse group of experts in the Industrial Air Treatment Industry. With a shared passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the challenges facing the sector, our board is committed to guiding our company towards a bright and prosperous future.
Led by our experienced Chairman, our Board is comprised of seasoned professionals with decades of experience in various areas of the industry. From environmental science to engineering, our Directors bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, enabling us to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to developing innovative and effective solutions for our clients.
Henrik Johansson, Chairman of the Board
Henrik Johansson holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and is chairman of Cognibotics, Oxeon and Comactiva Language Partner. He is also a member of the board of Elektron Music Machines, Nordic Live Expo, Sensorbee, Pressure Pipe Relining and Composite Sound. Henrik has previously held senior positions at Brady Corporation, Nord-Lock and Investment AB Latour and has over the years served on the bord of a large number companies, both listed and unlisted companies.
Jon Töyrä
Jon Töyrä has a master’s degree in finance from University of Gothenburg. Currently CFO for Berg Propulsion and has previously amongst others worked as auditor for EY. Jon has broad experience from finance, purchasing and international business.
Peter Gisel-Ekdahl
International senior executive with over 25 years of global experience in leading and developing high-performing companies—publicly listed, private equity-backed, and family-owned. He has held leadership roles at Envirotainer, Munters, Wedholms, and Hackman and is currently contributing his expertise as CEO at PostNord, as well as serving as a Board executive and advisor. Holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Business Administration.
Per Kaijser
Per holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. Per founded and developed the telematics company Pilotfish. He then went on to work within marketing for the gas separation company 3nine, among other things successfully introducing 3nine in France. In 2007, Per founded Centriair together with Jack Delin.
