To guarantee process uptime and performance in the long run we offer support service for our installations. An on-site preventive maintenance program is recommended for each installation. The program is set up individually depending on application and system setup. With a larger installation we typically deliver a remote monitoring system to track vital data and improve the maintenance work. Data can then be monitored to plan maintenance optimally.

For any questions we provide quick telephone support. On-site support is provided by Centriair personell as well as through cooperation with local certified partners. In our systems we use well-known and recognized component suppliers to ensure quality and ease of access to spare parts. We also keep vital spares in store for quick dispatch.
