Mats R Karlsson, Chairman of the Board

Mats is an industrial business executive with experience of entrepreneurship, building companies and driving M&A. He has worked within the industrials sector, including VBG Group, Axel Johnson, Munters and AxFlow, and has extensive knowledge of Centriair’s products. Mats has served on boards across 17 countries, and currently works as an advisor to PE firms and other investment funds. An experienced chairman who has overseen 50+ completed acquisitions and evaluated several hundreds more.

Dag Broman

Dag is a partner at Alder and has previously worked as an advisor and consultant for investors in the environmental technology sector. Before founding Alder, Dag held a professorship and was head of one of the Nordics’ largest research institutions for applied environmental science at Stockholm University.

Jack Delin

Jack holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Jack started his career at the Swedish multinational Alfa Laval and worked for nine years within sewage machinery and water treatment. After that he founded and managed the gas separation company 3nine. In 2007, Jack founded Centriair together with Per Kaijser.

Per Kaijser

Per holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. Per founded and developed the telematics company Pilotfish. He then went on to work within marketing for the gas separation company 3nine, among other things successfully introducing 3nine in France. In 2007, Per founded Centriair together with Jack Delin.

Henrik Lindholm

Henrik has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and is Alder’s first employee via an internship that led to employment in 2012. He has previous work experience from an investment company.
